We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have done our best to accurately describe every piece of jewelry we sell. Please look carefully at the photos and ask questions before purchasing. If for some reason you feel that the item was not accurately described please contact us to return your item following the steps below.
- Should you decide to return an item, you must notify us within two days after receiving your item.
- Please include the Stock # in all correspondence.
- An authorization form with the return address will be e-mailed to you.
- All returns must be unworn and unchanged.
- Leave the jewelry tag on and return in the original box.
- Please repack items carefully. We cannot be responsible for damages due to poor packing.
- We recommend that you insure your package with a tracking or confirmation delivery option via any carrier. We cannot be responsible for products lost, damaged or stolen during their return shipment.
- Sorry no COD returns accepted.
- Upon return of the item in original condition, your PayPal account will be issued a refund.
- While standard shipping is free on purchase shipments, return shipping charges will not be refunded.
